“We certainly feel the effect of the regulatory environment on our business now and can only brace ourselves for what appears to be an impending onslaught. Our struggle to survive in the present circumstances severely challenges our viability. Increased intensity will be disproportionately burdensome, fully occupying some 60% or more of our business resources consumed by non-productive activities”.
